TASK 2: Using scanner
1 Turn on the scanner. (Fig 1) 3 Select the file type you want to save the scan as, such
as PDF or JPEG. (Fig 3)

4 Choose the color or black and white option
5 Select the page size.
6 Click scan
7 Wait the preview to appear
8 Click save when you are finished.

Note: The trainer shall explain all the setting
of printing parameters and demo on printing
a word file.
